Job Title: Door-to-Door & Street Canvasser – Organic Produce Delivery
Company Overview:
We are a certified organic family farm that has been leading the organic food movement since 1976 and delivering fresh, organic produce since 1992. We partner with 60 other certified organic family farms to bring fresh, pesticide-free produce directly to customers’ doorsteps. Our mission is to change the food system, protect farmworkers from harmful chemicals, and provide families with high-quality, organic food.
As a company, we stand against Monsanto (now inside Bayer) and work to offset the use of Roundup and other chemical pesticides that threaten farmworkers, communities, and we change the food system because we are not OK with the 4,000+ elementary schools located near pesticide crop dusting zones that result from commercial farming practices.
Job Description:
We are seeking highly self-motivated, ambitious, and coachable individuals who are passionate about organic farming, sustainability, and changing the food system. As a Door-to-Door & Street Canvasser, you will educate and inspire communities about the importance of organic produce while offering direct-to-door organic produce delivery services.
This role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential. With dedication, training, and commitment, six-figure earnings are achievable—many of our team members in the Bay Area have already reached this level.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with potential customers through door-to-door and street canvassing to introduce our organic produce delivery service.
Educate the community on the benefits of certified organic produce and the impact of pesticide-free farming.
Build relationships, answer questions, and close sales in person.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Participate in sales training to refine your skills and increase your earnings.
Hiring in the following cities: Santa Cruz, San Jose, Monterey, Oakland, Livermore, Concord, Santa Rosa, Modesto, Tracy, Marin, Berkeley, San Mateo, Fresno

Competitive compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $70,000 and $100,000/yr, including commission earnings. Actual commission earnings vary based on individual sales performance
