We're looking for a full time front desk receptionist and salesperson to join our growing team at Dynamic Detailing in Santa Clara! We started off as a Detailing company 14 years ago and now we have grown to specialize in full vehicle protection (such as Ceramic Coatings, Paint Protection Film, and Ceramic Tint) for clients vehicles.

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated salesperson that can guide customers through the education and booking process and create a one of a kind experience from start to finish. Automotive experience or knowledge is not necessarily required as we will be training you from the ground up either way, however we're ultimately looking for someone with:
Sales Experience
A positive attitude
Ability to navigate particular clients and situations
Initiative and problem solving skills
A charismatic and outgoing attitude
Punctuality and professionalism
Eagerness to learn and grow
Job Tasks include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and booking clients for services
Giving tours to walk-in clients and educating them on the products and services
Entering warranties each day for clients warranties on their completed vehicles
Filling out Work Orders for the following week
Scanning daily receipts to send over to accounting
Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and tidy every day
Putting together and restocking client gift bags, coffee bar, and lobby bathroom.
