We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Exporter/Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in calendar management, and have a background in customer service. Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring documents are easily accessible for sales and drivers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
- Pull together quotes for private clients who want to travel with their pets.
- Assist with pet care, like maintaining boarding facilities and animal handling.
- Support office management tasks such as maintaining inventory, organizing/cleaning common areas.
- Act as a driver when necessary, transporting pets to and from appointments/travel departures.
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Utilize computer software for data entry and document preparation.
Skills
- Must love working with animals, primarily dogs and cats.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in calendar management to coordinate schedules efficiently.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Competent in using various computer applications for administrative tasks.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of office management practices to support daily operations.
- Must have a valid California Drivers License.
