Gill Auto Group is seeking full-time, self-motivated, energetic, team players to join our Commercial/Fleet Sales Team. Rental and equipment sales people are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Generating sales to both small/ medium size businesses
Actively prospect and conduct sales Phone/Field outside/Inside the dealership targeting small/medium businesses.
Manage fleet and commercial vehicle account clients in a sales/client management role.
Meet monthly forecasts and sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
Team up with Local Vendors to facilitate Vehicle Sales
Arrange for any vehicle upfits needed (i.e. bed liners, toolbox, shelving, service bodies, dump bodies, etc.)
Requirements:
3+ years in Commercial/ Fleet Equipment sales and/or Rental/Equipment sales experience preferred.
Have quality customer service skills
Proficient computer skills
Clean & valid driver's license
Self-motivated and Goal-Oriented
Professional attitude and appearance
Knowledge and Skills:
3 years of Business to Business Sales experience
Equipment/Rental /Contractor/ Vehicle/Truck/Van Experience preferred
Ability to adapt to constantly changing demands
Interact effectively as a team member with all departments
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to plan and prioritize work
Skilled in organizing and performing detail-oriented and timely duties and functions
