Korbel Champagne Cellars, located in the picturesque Russian River Valley, has been a long-standing California Champagne establishment in Sonoma County since 1882. With thousands of tourists visiting every year, our winery is nothing short of a beautiful and informative winetasting and culinary experience for every customer who walks on our property.
The primary role of this position is to receive and transfer all incoming calls through the Security Department reception desk, assist in the dispatching of Security personnel via two-way radio, assist and/or coordinate the visitation of all walk-in employees, visitors, vendors, and sub-contractors, assist in the maintenance and coordination of Security Department written and verbal communications, maintain visual assessment of security surveillance cameras, assist Security Management as directed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
One to two years of administrative, records and/or dispatching experience preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. This position will work Monday through Friday, 8-4:30 p.m.
The hourly range for this position is $20.42-$27.58, depending on experience.
