Linccorp Security is a growing private security company, and we’re looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to help manage day-to-day office tasks. This role is part-time with the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
Responsibilities
Handle daily office operations and problem-solving.
Support the owner directly with administrative and organizational needs.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members by phone and email.
Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and record-keeping.
Attend meetings and provide follow-up support.
Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Prior experience in the security guard industry is highly preferred.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
