We are hiring for 2024 and would love to have you come in for an interview. Before you come in for an interview, you must possess a valid California guard card. Please have this available to view when you come in. If you need a guard card, information can be found here: https://www.bsis.ca.gov/industries/guard.shtml. Please also bring 2 forms of ID (state license/passport/social/etc).
We are hiring immediately. Initial hire rate is $21-$25, depending on experience. However, most security shifts are 8 to 10 hours so overtime happens. Most shifts are Wednesday thru Sunday nights 7pm to 4am, with occasional daytime/early evening events. Friday and Saturday evenings are required during initial training period, however weeknight shifts can be at your discretion.
We only open our doors to new hires twice a year so once we hire our max we are done until the end of 2024. So the sooner you come in the better & I can hire you the same day if you want instant work. We'll just fill out the paperwork, photocopy your documents, download & setup the Humanity Scheduling App and you're hired!
Security work includes pre/post event setup and tear down of stages and band/DJ gear. Don't already have knowledge of audio gear? No problem! We provide training on site for all used gear and equipment. Also, working the Security side means you can also work in our restaurant, as maintenance or as a live show loader if you want full time work. Plus every shift you work you get a free meal in our restaurant.
