Responsibilities
Guest and Staff Safety
Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to ensure the safety of guests, nightclub patrons, and hotel staff.
Escort guests or staff to safety during emergencies or disturbances.
Access Control
Check guest IDs and manage entry to the nightclub, ensuring only authorized individuals gain access.
Secure restricted areas (VIP sections, staff rooms) and prevent unauthorized entry.
Crowd Control
Manage large crowds during busy hours, ensuring the nightclub remains within capacity limits.
Respond to altercations, disturbances, or unruly behavior by de-escalating conflicts or removing individuals as needed.
Incident Response
Respond quickly to incidents such as fights, medical emergencies, thefts, or vandalism.
Provide first aid or contact emergency services when required.
Write detailed incident reports and communicate with management about any security concerns.
Alcohol-Related Oversight
Collaborate with bartenders and staff to monitor intoxicated patrons and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Remove or detain intoxicated individuals who pose a safety risk to others or property.
Maintain a friendly yet authoritative presence, offering assistance and answering questions from guests while upholding security protocols.
Resolve minor disputes or concerns in a professional manner to avoid escalation.
