Immediately Hiring: Field Patrols Supervisors, Scheduler/Dispatcher (Also hiring Armed and Unarmed Security Officers)
A1 Protective Services Inc. is seeking experienced Scheduler / Dispatcher, Field Patrol Supervisors, and Security Officers for Operations Support for their San Francisco Bay Area office.
Scheduler/Dispatcher Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manager and operate security scheduling software/program.
- Fill open shifts each day.
- Input discrepancies from daily active sheets.
- Review active sheets and daily pass down logbook
- Write-up and print out daily active sheet.
- Assist scheduler and keep employee roster updated and current
- Review, approve, and/or deny employee Time of Request
- Input and remove security guards in scheduling program.
- Receive, input, and change shift scheduling requests from clients as needed
- Assist Lead Scheduler
- SHIFT - MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 7A.M. TO 4P.M. OR 8A.M. TO 5P.M.
Field Patrol Supervisor's duties:
- 3 years Supervisor or Lead Security experience (preferred)
- Conduct site/post checks and inspections
- Supervise and train security officers on-site/s
- complete all required reporting documents
- interface with clients
- provide support and back-up to on duty security officers
- MULTIPLE SHIFTS: MORNINGS, SWINGS, GRAVEYARDS, WEEKENDS
Position requirements
- 3-5 years security industry experience
- Must be computer proficient and able to operate scheduling program.
- Willing to work after hours as needed
- 3-5 years experience in security operations and scheduling
- Possess and maintain valid clean CA driver's license
- Possess and/or obtain (within 30 days of employment) BSIS issued guard card
Salary based on experience. Medical benefits included.
Pay rate starting at $22-$24 per hour (based on experience and qualifications.)
