IT Support Tech (Onsite/Remote)
Position: It Support Technician
Part Time - Flexible hours
We are a small dynamic San Francisco based IT Services & Support firm,
that provides IT Services to professional firms and corporate local offices.
We are seeking a candidate with previous IT Support experience, that is client
service oriented, works well within a team structure, desires to learn new skills
with a strong work ethic. We provide excellent training and growth opportunities
in a friendly and supportive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support:
On site and Remote Support (Online & Telephone)
Comprehensive desktop support
Help Desk/User Support
Network, Cloud, Firewall Support, Monitoring, & Maintenance
Laptop/desktop, servers, printers - setup, configured, monitored, and maintained.
Cloud Based Office Applications, Tools, Storage, Email - setup, configured, monitored, and maintained.
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy services
Requirements:
Proficient with Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 7
Proficient with MacOS
Experience with routers / firewalls / wireless access points
Software troubleshooting skills
Experience with Google Workspace or Office 365
Experience with Cloud services & Backup.
Hours of operation: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm
