Warehouse supervisor
Key requirements: need to travel, English ability must meet the daily communication：
1. Responsible for establishing and improving warehousing and logistics management system, and responsible for daily management work;
2. Responsible for warehouse operation management, coordination and control, material planning and inventory management;
3. Formulate and implement medium and long-term development plans for warehousing according to business needs
4. Control warehousing costs, responsible for the effective control of inventory goods;
5. Establishment of safety loss prevention system, control and reduce loss
6. Responsible for the optimization of operation process, ensure production capacity and per capita production efficiency, and properly deal with all kinds of emergencies;
7. Master the operation of all aspects of logistics, monitor data changes, and adjust manpower allocation in real time;
8. Responsible for warehouse team building and management to stimulate team passion;
9. Be proficient in the WMS system
10. Have certain high precision writing SOP ability
11. Have the ability to deal with defective products, returned products, self-damaged products, overdue sluggish products
仓库总监
重点要求:需要出差，英语能力需满足日常沟通交流：
1.负责建立健全仓储及物流管理制度，并负责日常管理工作;
2.负责仓储运营管理，协调与控制，物料计划及库存管理;
3.根据业务需要，制定并执行仓储中长期发展计划
4.控制仓储成本，负责库存商品的有效管控;
5.安全防损体系建立，控制和降低耗损
6.负责作业流程的优化，保证产能和人均生产效率，能够妥善处理各类突发情况;
7.掌握物流各环节运作，并能监控数据变化，实时调整人力分配;
8.负责仓储团队建设与管理，激发团队激情;
9.WMS系统要很精通
10.具有一定的高精准书写SOP的能力
11.能有一定的处理，不良品，客退品，自损品，超期呆滞品的能力
