Our story starts with one young woman, three muddy dogs, a couple of dirty dog beds & too many hauls to the laundromat. Co-founder Molly — was living in a small San Francisco apartment on top of one of the city's many hills. So, every time her dog beds would get dirty (which was all the time) she had to cart them down one hill and up another to the laundromat. And that's when the beds actually survived well enough to not be thrown away. Great workout aside, this became tiresome, and she thought there had to be a better way. So, she created dog bed duvet covers!
Thirteen years later, Molly Mutt makes ‘the dog bed dogs love’ and many other decorative pet products for home and travel. Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team located in West Oakland.
You will be doing:
- General warehouse work that includes pulling, packing, and shipping orders for our wholesale and retail customers
- Unloading shipments, stocking and re-stocking products in our warehouse
- Performing cycle count and other inventory accuracy related tasks
- Repackaging and putting away returned items
- Assisting our team with various special projects related to trade show preparation, catalog photoshoots, or local community events

Attention to detail, accuracy, and the willingness to pitch in with all aspects of the business is required and expected.
Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage based, company sponsored medical, 401K profit sharing plan and earned vacation time. We work Mon – Friday from 8:30am – 4:30PM, but we don’t work nights, require overtime or weekend work.
We have weekly company paid lunches and our office is VERY dog friendly…so if you have a pooch who wants to come to work with you, they are welcome!
