Retail and Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities Overview:
- Educate and assist customers on our caviar, roe, and other products from greeting to sale.
- Using Shopify POS to ring up orders and process payments
- Pack all orders according to The Caviar Co. standards
- Maintain the retail store, ensuring the store is always presentable and according to The Caviar Co. brand standards.
- Assist with stocking, set up, and other retail store-related tasks.
- Answer phones, assist with customer inquiries, and take orders over the phone.
- Using ZOHO Desk, respond to and resolve all customer inquiries.
Required Skills and Preferred Experience
- Hospitality and/or food service experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to white-glove service.
- Ability to confidently navigate customer support platforms to resolve customer inquiries.
- Ability to stand and work for up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Required Schedule:
Shifts will be 10:30 am - 6:30 pm., Friday through Sunday. Shifts will start in mid-November and end in early January.
