We are looking for employees who are passionate about bicycles, and that are fun and energetic to work with. We offer health benefits, 401(k) and paid vacation for full time employees. Ideally the FT positions we are looking to fill are long term positions.

Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for bicycles! It doesn't matter what kind of bike you ride as long as you love it!
- Approachable and friendly. Our teams are all about the customer experience. We want team members who deliver WOW-customer service.
- Great work ethic and positivity.
- Thrives in fast-paced working environment.
- Goal driven. Each Summit Bicycles store has monthly and yearly goals we rally around the achieve, it is our most defining cultural trait.
- Cooperative spirit; always willing to help.
- Able to navigate difficult situations creatively and on-the-fly.
- Technician: Mechanical experience to some extent. Amateur work is also acceptable
Preferred Skills:
- Entrepreneurial drive. When you work at Summit Bicycles, we encourage you to be creative and think outside the box! You will have the freedom to work on your own projects to improve the business.
- Ability to embrace and drive change. The bicycle industry is changing every day, Summit is always changing with it to keep up!
- Experience in Bicycle shops or other retail environments
- Mechanical training or experience with bicycles
