We are in need of a full-time Retail Sales Manager at a High-End children's clothing store in the Laurel Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience managing in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented retail sales environment.
Ability to multi-task and assist with other store duties such as merchandising and stock work.
Flexible to meet the various needs of customers and other staff members.
Capable of meeting and exceeding forecast sales/financial goals.
Professional (attire/appearance/demeanor), outgoing and personable.
Exceptional sales skills.
Be able to furnish credible references.
