RESPONSIBILITIES
Work to create an inviting, personalized, and fun environment for our client
Develop a deep understanding of the merchandise, service offerings, and the brand
Serve as a consultant to client providing advice and relevant recommendations
Providing white glove service to clients and establishing and nurturing new and existing relationships
Effectively utilize available clientele tools and resources to drive sales
Contribute to opening and closing procedures to maintain high visual standards and safety
Actively maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and merchandise presentation
Ensure the communication and participation of all the brand’s service offerings, including
financing, layaways, warranties, and jewelry inspections
Serve as an active team member with front and back of house operations
Partner with bench jewelers in jewelry cleaning, inspections and repair intakes of customers
Adhere to and support security policies and procedures and inventory checks
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

EDUATION & EXPERIENCE
GE High School Diploma, required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
A minimum of 2 years of retail sales or high-level customer service experience
Must be available to work Saturdays

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
