Summit Bicycles, The area's premier bicycle shop and repair center is hiring! We'll cut to the chase, if you are an experienced, hardworking and motivated individual you can clear an effective pay rate of $28/hr!
We offer health benefits, 401(k) and paid vacation for seasoned employees. All of the FT positions we are looking to fill are long term positions. Start dates for these positions are ASAP. Compensation will be hourly plus commission
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for bicycles! It doesn't matter what kind of bike you ride as long as you love it!
- Approachable and friendly. Our teams are all about the customer experience. We want team members who deliver WOW-customer service.
- Great work ethic and positivity.
- Thrives in fast-paced working environment.
- Goal driven. Each Summit Bicycles store has monthly and yearly goals we rally around the achieve, it is our most defining cultural trait.
- Cooperative spirit; always willing to help.
- Able to navigate difficult situations with little-to-no help.
- A little weird. None of us take ourselves too seriously. We want you to be yourself!
- Technician: Mechanical experience to some extent. Amateur work is also acceptable

- Ability to embrace and drive change. The bicycle industry is changing every day, Summit is always changing with it to keep up!
- Experience in Bicycle shops or other retail environments
- Mechanical training or experience with bicycles
