Il Mercato di Che Fico seeks wine, beer and spirits lead!

California, San francisco bay area 00000 San francisco bay area USA
Aplica ya

From the Back Home Hospitality team that brought Che Fico and Che Fico Alimentari to San Francisco, comes a new Che Fico location in Menlo Park! Il Mercato di Che Fico is featured in the Springline development and is a 4,500-square-foot specialty market in the vein of a Che Fico farmers market meets Eataly, with Che Fico’s signature style applied. At Il Mercato di Che Fico, you’ll find beautiful produce from local farmers, a deli with salumi created in- house, cheeses imported from around the world, a butcher counter with dry-aged meats, a seafood counter with the freshest catches, more than 100 bottles of wine, and a prepared foods section with a variety of grab-and-go options such as sandwiches and salads. The location will feature a walk-up gelato window on El Camino Real, where freshly spun flavors are available every day. We will also showcase the highly successful Che Fico line of consumer-packaged goods, including sauces, condiments, fresh pastas, salumi, and more. Il Mercato di Che Fico will have a robust catering program that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for everything from small celebrations to work lunches to big parties.

Our restaurants:

Che Fico is a California Italian restaurant from Che Fico featuring handmade pasta, pizza, salumi, wood fired meats and other dishes utilizing local California ingredients as if the Bay Area were a region of Italy. The Che Fico wine program reflects our food ethos, with an emphasis on traditional and biodynamic wine making. We feature local farmers wherever possible, and support small businesses and family winemakers. Che Fico is first and foremost a San Francisco neighborhood restaurant, a member of the community through warm hospitality and a generous spirit.

Che Fico Alimentari is an extension of Che Fico, with traditional cuisine influenced by the wine bars and trattorias of Italy. Our chefs were inspired by a particular trip to Rome, and aim to bring both the Roman cuisine and atmosphere to San Francisco. Che Fico Alimentari’s menu features more traditional fare - house made salumi, antipasti, classic pasta dishes, local and imported cheeses. We also have a robust pantry program, featuring housemade sauces and spreads, dried pasta and cured meat. We’re striving to transport the Italian experience of stopping in to your favorite neighborhood shop for snacks, wine and dried pasta to bring home.
