Job Summary:
We are seeking a Hardware Associate to join our team. As a Hardware Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their hardware needs, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Assist customers in finding the right hardware products for their needs
- Provide product recommendations and answer questions about features and specifications
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a hardware or home improvement setting
- Knowledge of hardware products
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
