Store requirements
Setting an excellent standard for the store presentation and working to achieve your sales goals.
To be on the floor driving customer satisfaction and elevating their wardrobe through styling & suggestive selling.
Responsible for customer follow-through with special orders and increasing store loyalty.
To drive performance and growth through excellent operational and commercial execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be on the shop floor when a customer arrives
Provide customer requests and feedback to coworkers
Maintain a neat & gorgeous environment, ensuring excellent Merchandising throughout the store
Lead, inspire, and manage your time wisely
Have excellent product knowledge
Retain a strong understanding of products and optimize sales from the available inventory
Nurture customer relationships
Build and cultivate our regular customer base by keeping up with your PT book
Drive store performance and productivity with your sales goals
Build and maintain a website with new products
Ensure you follow the policies and written plan
