It’s a space that celebrates the art of gathering in an intentional way & where everything has a story to tell.
Our merchandising team is at the heart of our customers' experience. Authentic, warm and naturally driven, you're likely a fan of everything we sell. We want our customers to leave our shop feeling inspired, and well cared for. Your day is dedicated to meeting daily sales goals, becoming an expert on our products & their makers, answering customers' questions and keeping the store well organized, fully stocked, and always welcoming.
We are seeking individuals to work in a highly collaborative way, across our entire team, to assist with the operations & purchasing in our first retail location. You will play a pivotal role in helping management to establish the culture of 'The GoodLife'. With a focus on warmth and hospitality first, you will be key in enabling and empowering an inspiring experience for every customer.
Our planned opening is April 2025.

You support and maintain store sales, service goals, and company standards as communicated by management.
You are eager to learn about our unique products & their makers, and effectively communicate those stories to our customers.
You are mature, responsible, and reliable. You arrive on time and communicate clearly.
You work independently and manage your time effectively. Our space is small and you will often be working alone so being self directed in a must.
You hold yourself and others accountable for store profitability and safe work practices.
You maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable, and positive presence on the sales floor.
You foster a community spirit by spearheading outreach efforts including artist collabs and pop-ups.
You are a role model, a 'get your hands dirty' kind of person, and a team player.
You understand the importance of your input and feedback in this startup stage, and you communicate it thoughtfully to help fuel our planned growth.
Your Qualifications:
1+ years customer service or retail experience
Experience with Excel, apple computer systems, register and inventory management systems, and tablet devices
Possess and demonstrate company standards in sales, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork
Ensure full understanding and awareness of all current product information
Maintain awareness of all intranet communications, current advertising, promotions and other marketing initiatives as well as cross promotions between Flour Craft & GoodLife
Possess a complete understanding of and comply with all store processes, systems, policies, and procedures.
Assist the team lead with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase
Possess a clear understanding of our visual merchandising concepts and standards to engage customers and associates with the products we carry.

We have plenty of all-day free car & bike parking.
