Your Opportunity:

Role: Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Sales

Location: Offices in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose

Requirements:

Active California real estate license or close to obtaining one

Track record of success in business or other fields

Coachable with clear business goals

Ability to convert leads and meet targets

Bilingualism (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) is a plus

Experience with CRM (Salesforce) preferred

College degree in relevant fields (Business, Finance, etc.) preferred

What We Offer:

Training: Comprehensive sales training with experienced dealmakers

Compensation: 100% commission with first-year goal of $100,000; potential for $200,000 to $500,000 in following years
