We are a well-established Financial Firm that is looking to bring aboard a Relationship Sales Manager to expand operations in California through a lucratively positioned Mortgage Lending company.
We are seeking a qualified professional to expand our operations, no license is required. We have been a well-established Mortgage Lending company for over 20 years looking to expand our sales team. We offer excellent financial products and services to our clients.
The candidate should be in the mortgage business either as a wholesale account executive/manager who has been servicing mortgage brokers/bankers or a current owner/senior management of a mortgage company. The candidate will visit mortgage companies on a business-to-business relationship to present the NC (non-conforming) products and services we provide.
Market demand for the products we offer in today’s market has been constantly increasing. We offer NC (non-confirming) products as well as private funds at excellent rates up to 100% LTV.
Business-to-business relationship sales acumen is required with proper communication skills in dealing with senior management/principal clients.
This is a field commission-based position with bonuses and commissions paid, with the ability to earn $220,000 - $280,000 per year. We may also offer a draw, depending on experience and past performance. The position may lead to an executive management position within 60 days.
Additionally, we would be interested if you have a current ongoing office/business for mortgages and real estate services.
Also, we may have an interest in straight buyouts of small to medium-sized mortgage companies. In addition, we offer a referral fee for introductions of these types of operating mortgage companies that may be for sale.
