This position has incredible potential for rapid growth within the company. Candidate must possess a strong calibrated moral compass and balanced compassion for the owner and tenant experience. This role is based in-office from 8am-4pm daily, based in the Castro area of San Francisco.
Overview:
Comprehensive data collection on properties
Draft marketing and activate listings using AI
Send weekly activity updates to clients and CEO
Process applications and due diligence and acquire client approval
Draft lease package including coordinating move-in procedures
Coordinating maintenance for managed properties
