Full-time Regional Manager:
Looking for someone that has experience in the Property Management industry.
We are looking for a hard worker who can manage their time well. Someone who is very organized and can multi-task and be able to work on their own. The Regional Manager is a liason between tenants, owners and the property management company. Someone who writes and speaks well and is a team player . If you have knowledge of Excel and Yardi software it is a plus.
Below are some examples of tasks of a Regional Manager:
Process the move in and move out of tenants.
Manage buildings with and without On Site Managers
Coordinate turnovers of vacant units and make sure unit is ready for move
Write ads and take pictures to help advertise vacant units
Process security deposit returns
Assist tenants if they are having issues at a property
Check on repairs and make sure they are being done
Walk the property and inspect it for safety issues and make sure it is being kept up
Assist the Accounting Department with collecting rents or posting notices
We are looking for someone that is a good communicator and is honest and takes pride in his/her work.
