I could write a long ad, but for those of you who are familiar with being a Transaction Coordinator or Assistant to a real estate agent already knows the drill. With that said, here is a short outline:
1). This is an in-office position with potential hybrid hours (50% in-office, 50% remote).
2). You MUST have experience as a Real Estate Agent, Transaction Coordinator or Real Estate Assistant that loves the in-office part of the business. Also, it would be ideal if you already know all the Coldwell Banker Realty in-house systems.
3). You must be one of the most naturally organized people you know. Your friends would say you are insanely organized and love detail. I have learned this is not something you can learn. You must naturally be this person.
4). I'm with Coldwell Banker Realty, so someone knowing all the CB systems would be my first choice.
5). The position is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. OR can be a full-time position (50% in-office, 50% remote) depending on your skills and needs. The start and end times are flexible to some minor degree. With that said, I need someone 100% laser-focused while working.
6). There is potential to become a junior partner after working together for no less than 1+ years.
7). Please write a proper cover letter with your resume sharing more about you and why this position is perfect to you. Write, "This position is perfect for me", in the subject line.
This honestly is the perfect position for someone who is a real estate agent, transaction coordinator, or assistance with 3+ years of experience that is looking to gain a tremendous degree of experience and still have freedom to be their own agent or simply have a fixed schedule to have a better balance of life for themselves.
