Part-time on-site resident manager

A well-established property management company is seeking a part-time resident manager for a complex located in San Bruno. The resident manager is accountable for all day-to-day property operations. This position is an on-site, 15-hour-per-week position to be worked from the property's on-site office. The schedule will be 3 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Required Duties:

Marketing and leasing.

Maintain accurate resident records.

Monthly rent collection and bank deposits.

Issue notices in a timely and accurate manner when necessary (e.g., late payments, eviction notices, etc)

Accurate and detailed completion of resident forms, itemized statements, security deposit refund reports, apartment availability, etc.

Initiate and implement policies/procedures to maintain resident communications (e.g., complaints, service requests, etc)

Commitment to upkeep of property: cleaning laundry rooms, picking up trash, etc.

Availability to accompany outside vendors on service calls for occupied apartments.

Monitors and schedules all maintenance activities.

Availability to take after-hour emergency calls and route maintenance immediately.

Conducts all move-ins and move-outs.

Basic maintenance: changing light bulbs, smoke detector removal/installation, replacing blind slats, etc.

Weekly meetings with management.

Timely completion of timesheets, credit card reimbursement forms, etc.

You must live on-site

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.

High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. Current CCRM certification or Real Estate license preferred, but not required.

Require a Valid Driver's License, current motor vehicle insurance that meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet).
