On-Site Part-Time Apartment Manager In Cloverdale
Newer 21 Unit Apartment complex. Managers compensation will include reduced rent for on-site 2-bedroom Single Family House with garage. This is a part-time position that requires a flexible schedule for showing at times including weekends.
Tasks include:
1. Interview and screen prospective residents for occupancy
2. Regular communication with Supervisor
3. Weekly property status reporting
4. Maintain strong professional relationships with tenants
5. Assist in managing delinquencies, collections, and evictions
6. Daily inspections and maintenance of all grounds and facilities to assure security and tidiness
7. Schedule and communicate with vendors
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Able to perform basic light maintenance
2. Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
3. Organized with attention to detail
4. Computer proficiency – experience with Yardi a plus
5. Prior property management experience a plus.
6. Eagerness to learn
7. No pets
8. Must be able to pass background check
9. Must have driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and valid registration
