Junior Sales Agent Position

The Junior Sales assistant job is an opportunity to learn a variety of tasks directly connected to real estate sales with one of the top teams in San Francisco. A combination of behind-the-scenes and forward-facing tasks will prepare the agent for growth. Potential earnings of $200K+ are achievable in this 1099 employment sales position.

Pre-Requisites

- California Real Estate License

- Two years of real estate sales experience

- Market Center Membership at KWSF

- SFAR/CAR Membership

- Supra Key Access Subscription

- Driver’s License and Vehicle

- Professional business attire required

- 4-6 months of savings

Responsibilities:

Potrero Office

- Work daily from office

- Welcome walk-ins

- Update office marketing material

- Maintain clean office

Farming

- Cold call and email leads provided

- Maintain contact and input data in

CRM

- Set up listing appointments from cultivated leads

Buyer Agent

- Responds to team supplied Buyer leads

- Initiate Buyer follow up, maintain contact, and input data in CRM

- Meet Buyers to tour property

- Place Buyers on MLS search specific to their needs, and monitor search

- Show team listings to agents and clients

- Host open houses on Saturday and Sunday, Broker Tours on Tuesday, and periodic Twilight tours (Wednesday or Thursday evening).

Listing Prep

- Run MLS comps and tax reports for upcoming listings

- Meet vendors for access with the purpose of obtaining estimates, completing prep work, and obtaining inspections.

- Place A-Frames, signs, and other open house materials on-site

- Manage keys and access info – make key copies, update access sheet, hand off keys at Close of Escrow
