Busy Property Management company in Palo Alto is seeking a motivated and professional individual for the position of IT Assistant. This is a full-time position located in the corporate office to support all apartment managing and corporate office staff.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide computer and technology support including Yardi, Rent Café, and G suite for business.
Installing a computer network or answering questions regarding the current computer network.
Installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems.
Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users.
Answer calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems.
Tracking inventory
Developing contingency plans in case of network or computer failure.
Provide administrative support to Property Managers, Resident Managers, and Leasing Staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or certification in information technology, computer systems, or related field and /or combination of experience
Experience in property management
Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
Customer service and detail oriented
Good time-management skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of Yardi Property Management, Rent Café, Online Leasing support, and Microsoft Word/Excel software required
Must be able to work full time 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Must have reliable vehicle, valid Driver's license, registration and insurance
