Vybe Living is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Operations Associate to join our team. We rent coliving accommodations (private bedroom rentals for professionals) in vibrant areas of San Francisco and Oakland.
As a Field Operations Associate, you will be mainly responsible for ensuring our tenants’ homes are in the best shape. Typically, daily work includes:
Conducting basic home repair and upkeep (painting, changing locks, etc)
Cleaning rooms to prepare for new tenants
Furnishing and un-furnishing homes, which includes lifting heavy objects
Completing move-in/move-out inspections
Other responsibilities include:
Building a positive relationship with tenants
Recording work done in our ticketing system
Coordinating with our Member Support team
Occasional weekend on-call availability
Required Experience & Skills:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Local to SF or the East Bay
Basic handyperson experience
Driver license and car (truck access preferred)
Technically literate; you can find the answers you need on a computer even if you've never used the software before
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Nice-to-Have Experience & Skills:
Knowledge of the San Francisco and Oakland housing markets
Experience in real estate or home construction
