Key Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Management: Create and manage invoices and estimates.
HR Support: Maintain up-to-date employee profiles and provide basic HR assistance.
Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks and record-keeping.
Administrative Work: Handle filing, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain organized records.
Social Media Management: Create content and manage our social media platforms with strong knowledge of current trends.
Graphic Design: Design flyers, marketing materials, and visual content for digital and print use.
Event Planning: Assist in planning client appreciation events and team-building activities.
Communication & Scheduling: Answer calls, manage the president’s calendar, and schedule appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in QuickBooks (invoicing, estimates)
Basic knowledge of HR and accounting principles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Event planning and coordination experience
Excellent communication and time management skills
Minimum 3 years experience.
