P/T Assistant Manager needed to work at our Self Storage facility in Santa Cruz, CA. Applicant will work on Sunday plus and Monday misc fill in days as needed to cover both the manager's vacation and sick days. We offer a nice and friendly office to work out of as well as a clean atmosphere at our facility. Work history with references, background and drug test required.
Responsible include but not limited to:
Using computer software for the storage
Completing rental agreements and administrative paperwork
Making rent payments in software program
Maintaining accurate files and paperwork
Enforcing rules and regulations
General maintenance
Sweeping and cleaning
Inspecting and cleaning property daily
Showing vacant units
Performing other duties as assigned
