Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience. Oversee field crews (with support from our project superintendent), coordinate subcontractors, and uphold quality and safety standards throughout the entire project; this position is vital for the project's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and managing construction labor and schedules.
Purchasing all necessary materials for the project.
Coordinating with GC project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Creating all change orders.
Ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
Assisting with preparing cost estimates and managing project finances.
Ensuring quality standards are upheld through regular inspections.
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Communicating project requirements to suppliers and installation crews.
Liaising with subcontractors and resolving any disputes.
Keeping accurate records, including daily logs and reports.
Conducting safety meetings.
