As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Manager/CEO Personal Assistant.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/CEO Personal Assistant to support our CEO and help manage our office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. The position is hybrid, with the flexibility to work remotely most of the time, but will require occasional on-site presence in Pleasanton, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist the CEO with scheduling, calendar management, and email correspondence.

Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, team events, and other company-related activities.

Document Management: Maintain and organize company documents, both digital and physical.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel plans for the CEO and other team members as needed.

Project Assistance: Provide support on various projects, including research, data entry, and coordination of tasks.

Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks for the CEO, such as communicating with vendors, managing appointments, and other errands as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an office manager, personal assistant, or in a similar role.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Flexibility to work on-site in Pleasanton, CA, as needed.
