Position: Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Hayward Industrial Park, CA

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Work Schedule: 1-2 days per week

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in office duties, bookkeeping, and general business administration. Bilingual proficiency in Asian language is preferred. This role involves managing day-to-day office operations, assisting with financial tasks, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records.

Manage and respond to emails and phone calls.

Handle general ledger tasks and bookkeeping using QuickBooks.

Process invoices, pay bills, and ensure timely payments.

Book freight and manage shipping paperwork for orders.

Order raw materials and other goods as required.

Process business-related filings (e.g., licenses, certificates).

Manage company’s website from the web hosting platform.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Ability to handle freight booking and shipping documentation.

Basic knowledge of WordPress management and hosting.

Basic editing with Photoshop

Bilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese Japanese, Vietnamese) is preferred.

Previous experience in office administration is a plus.
