We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team and assist with managing incoming leads and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries about our construction services.
Qualify leads and assign them to the appropriate team members.
Confirm next-day appointments and provide appointment reminders to clients.
Update and maintain lead and client information in our CRM system.
Ensure all appointment details are accurately recorded and confirmed.
Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current clients.
Assist in tracking leads and reporting key metrics to the management team.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software (experience with construction-related CRM programs is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or a similar role preferred.
Must be available to work in the office from 8 AM to 12 PM, Monday to Friday.
