Flexible hours and part-time work for a real estate company operated by a family office. Prior experience managing real-estate or in bookkeeping a plus. Initially begin in office with the possibility of working from home part of the time.
What we're looking for:
Someone to help organize real-estate holdings, communicate with property managers, leasing agents and vendors, prepare statements, scan and track records, buy gifts, etc. We plan to expand in the near future as well, so skills relating to property evaluation, searching, communicating with brokers, etc. would be useful. You needn't possess all of these skills, we can train and grow.
This position may lead to a full-time opportunity or part-time with benefits.
