Landlord of multiple apartment buildings seeking an onsite administrative assistant with bookkeeping experience. MUST be able to come in 2x per week at our Oakland CA building. Training will be available. Here are the basics list of task/duties:
-pick up mail (from PO Box. landlord's mailbox)
-sort/open mail
-collect checks and input rent checks into in AppFolio. make copies of checks.
-bank deposits
-pay bills
-scan invoices/docs and file in google drive
Skills: Accounting Basics, Communications, Bookkeeping, Intuit QuickBooks, Data Entry, Google Docs, Administrative Support, Microsoft Excel, Email Communication, Accounts Payable
Must be able to pass background/criminal check. No virtual or remote applicants please - We need an ONSITE assistant.
