A Petaluma based distributor is looking to fill a full-time invoicing position. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, self-motivated and enjoy working with a team in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Hours Mon/Wed 10:00am to 7/7:30pm, Tues/Fri 8:30am to 5/5:30pm, Thurs 9am to 6/6:30pm . Main duties include making adjustments to orders, invoicing out all orders, and posting all orders, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, as well as performing daily administrative tasks in a timely manner. This position closes out the office for the day and works closely with our warehouse and 1 other office employee. Must be able to work on your own and with a team.

We are looking to fill this position immediately. Starting wage $20 hr.

Candidates who meet the following criteria are welcome to apply:

Experience with customer service/ support

Must be proficient in speaking and writing English.

Ability to problem solve and deal with customer issues.

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Strong organizational/time management with the ability to prioritize workflow.

Acute attention to detail.

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities, with enthusiasm.

Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite.

Bi-Lingual a plus.

Reliable and punctual

Candidates must pass a pre-employement background check. Candidate must be flexible and willing to switch from one task to another as assigned by management. This is an entry level position.
