SUMMARY:
We are a growing East Bay architectural contractor/manufacturer (industry leader in signage & ADA) that has been in business for 40 years, and have an immediate opening for a full-time Office Manager.
ROLE:
Office Manager responsibilities include:
- Respond to and/or route incoming calls
- Bookkeeping (Invoicing, Deposits/Payments, Accounts Receivables)
- Client proposals creation
- Insurance policy & contract management
- Facilities management & coordinate office events
SKILLS:
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- QuickBooks Proficiency (Invoicing & Receivables Management)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and well organized with attention to detail
- Adobe Illustrator/Suite software knowledge a plus (not required)
- Contractor (signage) or construction contracts experience a plus
