Daily office operations, manage administrative tasks and support functioning of our office. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Quickbooks online, ADP Payroll and different and common office software, ability to multitask, maintain and organized office environment, strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employee, clients and vendors effectively (Spanish speaking is a plus), experiencing supervising staff, delegating tasks, and providing training and mentorship, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.
