What we are looking for:
A person who is looking for a part time job to work while the kids are at school or to get out of the house 3 to 4 hours a day to stay busy Tuesday through Friday. It is important for you to be punctual and commit to a schedule, take pride in your work, be detailed and able to research things on your own when needed. Because this is part time please consider were you living before applying. You should live close to Vallejo (SF, Oakland, Concord, Sac, etc. maybe too far to travel).
The job needs to be done in store (cannot be done remotely from home) hours and schedules negotiable 15-30 hours per week. (Our business days are Tuesday-Saturday 9am to 5pm but past office personnel have worked Tuesday-Friday).
The majority of the job is but not limited to matching invoices to statements, entering invoice into QB, filing, paying statements, balancing checking account, entering credits and debits, weekly DMV reporting, preparing payroll for ADP, handling of monthly and quarterly sales tax, keeping the office clean and organized. Its general office duties and we have a CPA for year end. If you lack experience in some of these areas we can train you when you’re ready to take on these duties but you should have the basic office knowledge, experience and desire of working in an office. We are a small family owned business looking for that person that plans on staying a while and be part of a team.
