We are looking for a reliable dental laboratory front Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative and laboratory tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator insures smooth running of our company's offices and contributes to in driving sustainable growth. This a full time position, M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letter, packages etc.)
Assist technicians with dental laboratory process and appliance fabrication steps (will train)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track and order stocks of laboratory and office supplies
Manage 3D printing, CAD processing (will train)
Necessary skills include:
Proven experience as an office administrator
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Knowledge of Quickbooks, email, software helpful
Qualifications in secretarial duties , keyboard and mouse experience will be an advantage
High school diploma
