Interior design company looking for detailed oriented individual.
Duties include but not limited to:
Reception duties that include, answering phones, greeting guests/vendors.
Assist HR with collection of timesheets and all facets of new hire onboarding.
Assist Accounting with credit card reconciliations and vendor invoice submissions.
Assist with project budget hours and billing worksheets, assist with business development presentations and award and competition submissions
Stocking & Inventory of office supplies
