Showroom 707 is a boutique kitchen and bath design showroom located in San Francisco. We specialize in high-end finishes, custom cabinetry, and personalized client service. Our projects blend functionality with beauty, and our team works closely with homeowners, designers, and contractors to bring exceptional spaces to life.
We are seeking a polished, dependable Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and create a welcoming environment for our clients and team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and vendors in the showroom
Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
Manage and report to the lead designer on daily calendar and client appointments and schedule.
Assist with client intake and project file setup
Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up with vendors
Maintain showroom organization and sample inventory
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and logistics
Manage invoicing, billing, inventory data and basic book keeping.
Prepare materials for presentations and client meetings
Must be able to travel 25%-30% of the time to job sites
Qualifications
2+ years of administration Management/managing customer relationship services.
Experience in design, construction, or a showroom is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and google suite, especially google sheets and google slides.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or design software is a bonus
Professional, reliable, this is a fast paced environment and super detailed-oriented.
Compensation & Perks
Competitive hourly rate: $28.00 – $40.00/hour (DOE)
Full-time schedule: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
