We have an open position for our in-office customer service team to help with our customer’s inquiries and needs.
This job requires great verbal, phone and computer communications abilities. The position requires multi-tasking and the ability to deal with other people’s emergency situations.
Office Admin - Commercial and Residential Construction Firm
Full-time in-person position.
SoMa, SF Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Basic sales
- Customer service at all levels. Teamwork at all levels. A sense of humor helps.
- Producing formal price estimates for customer inquiries, based on quotes or material & labor calculations.
- Submitting formal purchase orders to vendors and communicating with vendors.
- Communication, coordination, scheduling with customers about their job via phone and email.
- Provide customers with final invoices and follow-up for processing payments.
- Processing payments via credit card machine (Mobile POS Machine).
