Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive temporary team member to support our clinical research office. This multifaceted role includes office administration, assisting in project management, and clinical research support with a focus on phlebotomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and correspondence
Assist in managing project timelines, coordinating meetings, and tracking deliverables
Support clinical research operations by maintaining study documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
Conduct phlebotomy procedures for study participants as per protocol and safety guidelines
Liaise with clinical teams, participants, and external vendors to facilitate smooth study execution
Qualifications:
Valid phlebotomy license required
Experience or familiarity with office administration and project management principles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of clinical research practices is preferred but not mandatory
