This is an in-office position, our office is located in San Ramon
We are a very busy & successful commercial construction company in need of a motivated, hard-working and well-organized team member to help provide office support for our employees & customers. This is an entry-level position and training will be provided.

Full-time work, 9am- 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties include administrative support across the organization, onboarding and offboarding employees, I9 verification, PTO/SICK requests, directing phone calls, managing incoming requests for bids, pricing and ordering supplies, scheduling inspections and working on special projects.

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous office experience 1 - 3 years preferred
HR Experience 1-3 years is a must
