Growing Residential Property Management firm seeking a talented, motivated, professional Administrative Office Assistant to support with front desk duties as well as day-to-day property management related tasks. This is a full-time, long term position (with chance of advancement to right candidate).

This person must have a desire to manage and oversee the day-to-day tasks of our rental property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, service-minded, resourceful, have good interpersonal skills, and have a track record of success.

Responsibilities:

-Computer skills are critical and important along with the following:

- Experience with Appfolio Property Management Software is a plus!

- Residential or Commercial Property Management experience is a plus!

- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher

- Office filing systems, lease contracts, and disclosures

- Managing Vendors

- Clerical

The pay rate is dependent on experience (approximately $25 - $30 per hour).

Required education: High school or equivalent

Required experience:

Administrative Skills: 2 years

Organizational Skills: 2 years

Serious inquiries only. We are looking for a long term, VERY dependable office administrative assistant. This is for a full time position. Paid hourly, company provides Paid Time Off (tiered for time on the job) and some paid holidays. At this time we do not provide medical benefits.

The above are all important as well as phone, people skills and office experience. Real Estate and/or Property Management experience is a plus. You would be providing background support between our clients to ensure timely submission of communication.
